Your new role
AsFinance Manager, you will take on a seniorleadership role within the finance function, reporting directly to the GroupFinance Director. You will be responsible for managing the organisation'streasury operations, including cashflow forecasting, banking relationships, andfinance agreements. You will oversee tax compliance and ensure timely andaccurate statutory reporting, while also leading budgeting and forecastingprocesses across the business. The role involves close collaboration withsenior stakeholders to deliver insightful financial analysis, support audits,and drive improvements in reporting systems. You will also play a key role insupporting operational teams, training non-financial managers, and contributingto strategic decision making at executive level.
What you'll need to succeed
Tosucceed in this role, you will be a qualified accountant, orpossess substantial relevant experience in a senior finance position. You willbring strong experience in finance or accounting, ideallywithin asset-heavy or operationally complex sectors. A strong track record infinancial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting is essential, along withexcellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You will be confident inengaging with senior stakeholders, presenting financial insights, andinfluencing decision-making. Strong communication skills, attention to detail,and the ability to manage competing priorities are key. Proficiency infinancial systems and Microsoft Office tools is expected, along with aproactive and commercially aware mindset.
