Working with the award-winning Ishga skincare range, you will provide high-quality, results-driven treatments in a relaxing and professional environment.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver a range of professional treatments including Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, hot stone therapy, facials, and body treatments using Ishga products
* Conduct thorough client consultations and tailor treatments to individual needs
* Provide exceptional customer service and guest care
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation
* Promote and upsell spa treatments and retail products
* Ensure compliance with all health & safety procedures
* Maintain accurate and confidential client records
Reports to: Head of Activities & Leisure
Works closely with: Spa Team and Leisure Team
Requirements
Requirements
* NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Beauty Therapy / Massage Therapy (or equivalent)
* Previous experience in a spa, wellness centre, or beauty salon preferred
* Experience with or interest in organic skincare and holistic therapies (Ishga training provided)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skillsProfessional, friendly, and well-presented
* Flexible and reliable, including weekend and holiday availability
