It is driven by execution quality, capital allocation discipline, organisational alignment and the speed and quality of decision-making.Finance therefore plays a fundamentally different role. Not as a reporting function. But as one of the core leadership engines of the company.We are hiring a Group VP Finance to help architect how OneAdvanced operates at scale; shaping commercial decisions, performance architecture, investment prioritisation and enterprise value creation across the Group.This is a high-impact executive leadership role with significant exposure to the Board, investors and Executive Committee, intentionally designed as a pathway toward future CFO responsibility within a scaled PE-backed software business.The OpportunityThis role sits at the centre of how OneAdvanced is run.You will partner directly with the CFO, CEO and Executive Committee to build the operating and financial discipline required to scale a large, complex software platform with predictability, control and ambition.You
