We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Workshop Controller to join our outstanding team. We are offering a £35,000 basic salary, with an OTE of £41,000. The Workshop Controller role is one of the busiest and most important positions within the dealership. You will be responsible for assigning work to Vehicle Technicians to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the workshop. Key responsibilities include planning all incoming work, managing the time and resources of your team, and ensuring productivity is maximised while meeting all deadlines. It is essential that you have previous experience working within the Motor Trade, either from a Workshop Controller or Senior Technician background. This is a fantastic opportunity to demonstrate your proven track record of performance. We are looking for someone with exceptional communication skills and a full, valid UK driving licence.
