As a skilled and experienced HRBP, you will report directly into the People & Culture Director and be responsible for supporting the business unit dedicated to the areas of Finance and IT.
Partnering with management and stakeholders you will get involved in developing and implementing solutions through culture, processes and best practices while ensuring compliance of all internal policies and legislation.
The Business Partner supports the business unit through all HR services activities including:
* Providing expert guidance in all areas of employee relations
* Assisting in driving company-wide initiatives i.e. performance management, benefit strategies, merit reviews, organisational change etc.
* Ensuring business structures, frameworks and systems are optimal
* Support business growth and aspirations
* Advise and support management on organisation and structure design ensuring future readiness to meet business strategy and market growth.
