If you are a current Leader with a passion and moral purpose for making a difference, this may be the role for you. The Governing Body are looking to appoint a committed, enthusiastic, driven and innovative leader to join the school at a time of important change and improvement.
The school is looking for a leader who:

2. has the ability to drive standards, lead learning and teaching, ensuring there are exciting, creative, challenging and empowering learning opportunities for all pupils
3. understands how to deliver those authentic learning experiences that can develop key learning skills
4. has proven ability as a creative and inspirational practitioner with a commitment to high standards
5. is an excellent team worker, able to work alongside other senior leaders within the school
6. has experience of the day-to-day management of a school
7. has resilience, energy, flexibility, enthusiasm and is relentless in their drive to improve themselves and those around them
8. has highly effective leadership skills and recognises the importance of accountability
9. is able to embrace and manage change and work with community partners, including building important links with parents and our cluster schools.
