As a Gate Marshall, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and professional operation of our site. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers and visitors, ensuring that all arrivals are greeted warmly, directed appropriately, and that our safety and compliance standards are upheld at all times.
Responsibilities
* Greet and assist members and customers upon arrival.
* Ensure all visitors comply with safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE.
* Organise and coordinate vehicle collections, verifying all documentation.
* Manage the customer loading area and oversee vehicle movements safely.
* Conduct vehicle and documentation inspections for accuracy and compliance.
* Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation throughout the yard and working areas.
* Complete administrative tasks including data entry, record-keeping, and documentation management.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations.
* Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and environmental guidelines.
Qualifications
* Work flexibly across different areas of the yard to support operational needs.
* Strong understanding of vehicle documentation and compliance requirements.
* Proficient in using computer systems and Microsoft Office applications.
