Lead Mechanical Engineer – Didcot Site Location: Didcot Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00) Salary: Upto £55,000 + Benefits Annual Leave: 25 plus bank holidays On-Call: Participation in rota required About the Role We are seeking an experienced Lead Mechanical Engineer to take full ownership of the mechanical maintenance function at our Didcot site. This is a key role with responsibility for delivering Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance to meet statutory and contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You will also be appointed as Authorised Person – Pressure Systems, ensuring compliance with AWSL Rules and Policies and managing all related permits.
