Join our dynamic team at WTW as we are hiring for Senior Pensions Administrators – Projects at our Redhill location. In this role, you will support senior associates in producing pension increases, benefit statements, administration reports, monthly reporting, and testing automated calculation solutions. You will manage large projects successfully, maintain existing reporting requirements, and ensure full system automation.

The Role
1. Ensure all delivery promises and performance standards are met, in collaboration with the Team Leader.
2. Escalate problems and cases to the Team Leader.
3. Serve as a point of reference on technical issues and non-standard cases.
4. Challenge procedures to identify process improvements and pass recommendations to the Team Leader.
5. Review and verify the work performed by junior associates, ensuring completeness.
6. Coach and mentor junior associates, providing feedback to prevent reoccurrences of errors.
7. Identify training needs and propose solutions.
8. Address performance issues promptly with the Team Leader.
9. Monitor projects and junior associates’ activities to ensure deadlines are met.
10. Develop and maintain homepage and precedent documents.
11. Produce test packs for automation and sign off calculations for DB and DC members.
12. Assist with data quality analysis, issue identification, and proposing solutions during due diligence exercises.
13. Manage data cleaning requirements and assist with large mailing projects.
14. Scope costs for non-regular projects and monitor spend against budget.
15. Handle complaint management.
16. Maintain and develop client relationships for assigned projects.
17. Collaborate with the Team Leader to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs, e.g., automation and standard products.
18. Provide professional, efficient service to meet client/member needs and promote the WTW brand.
The Requirements
1. Experience with occupational pension schemes.
2. Experience coaching and supporting less experienced colleagues.
3. Project or scheme event experience is desirable.
4. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
5. Good time management and organizational skills.
6. High accuracy in work.
7. Customer-focused and committed to quality.
8. Proficient in Excel and other computer skills.
