Responsibilities
As a Contracts Manager, you will support the delivery of contract and commercial services across a range of construction projects. The Contracts Manager will be involved in reviewing and administering contracts, supporting the preparation and submission of claims, and assisting with dispute avoidance and resolution strategies. You will analyse contractual entitlements, contribute to detailed reports, and liaise with clients, legal teams, and project stakeholders. This Contracts Manager role requires someone confident in contract interpretation, with a solid grounding in claims from a Quantity Surveying career.
