We Have Two Opportunities On Offer
* One full‑time post based at Stratford Hospital and Ellen Badger Hospital
* One part‑time post (24 hours per week) based at Stratford Hospital.
This role will offer you the opportunity to supervise undergraduate and rotational physiotherapists, lead a variety of exercise classes, and contribute to audit projects.
Coaching and mentoring are available to support your career progression, and you may deputise for Team Leads and support service development projects.
Our clinical sites are supported by a team of Advanced Practice physiotherapists and close working links with colleagues in Pelvic Health, Orthopaedics, Pain, Neuro and Respiratory.
South Warwickshire University NHS Foundation Trust operates a 7‑day in‑patient service; therefore this post includes orthopaedic weekend working.
Responsibilities
* Provide a high standard physiotherapy service to patients in a specialist area.
* Work as an accountable and autonomous practitioner, holding responsibility for own caseload.
* Plan, coordinate, deliver, and evaluate the physiotherapy service within the specialty in collaboration with Pathway and Team leads.
* Provide support and clinical supervision to less experienced staff and undergraduate students.
* Deputise for Team Leaders as required.
* Maintain accurate records of patient contact using written records and electronic data capture.
* Contribute to out‑of‑hours working as required.
* Maintain own competency to practise.
