Job Overview
Customer Advisor – Full Time, Permanent Contract – 36.75 hours per week. Shifts available Monday – Sunday, 7:00 am – 10:00 pm. Notional hourly rate: £13.10 per hour.
What the role is
You will become an expert advisor and guide to customers, helping them with home improvement projects. Responsibilities include sales, managing stock, setting up displays, ensuring the store looks great, and training in paint‑mixing and timber cutting as required. The main aim is outstanding customer service.

We’re looking for friendly, outgoing, and enthusiastic people who love home improvement. You should be eager to learn, enjoy working with new technology, work well in a team, and be flexible to a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
