Corporate Assistant (Mat Cover)

Job description

Competitive Salary and Excellent Benefits. Full Time/Term Time (Maternity Cover). We have an opportunity for an experienced administrator to join the Corporate Office as a Corporate Assistant. The post-holder will be working alongside the PA to the Principal CEO in providing effective support across the Corporate Office. This is a Full Time/Term Time (37 hrs pw/40 wks) role and will be for up to 1 year (maternity cover) commencing in late December/January.


Responsibilities

* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Experience of administrative support, including supporting busy teams
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to use IT programs and willingness to learn new systems
* Ability to work to deadlines

Candidates who are offered an interview for such posts will be required to disclose details, cautions (including final warnings or reprimands), or convictions which are not "protected" as defined by the Exceptions Order 1975 (2013 and 2020), or any other matters that may be relevant to their suitability to work for the College. The College will regard any failure to disclose your criminal record as a breach of trust. It is College Policy that all candidates will be subject to a Disclosure check if offered the post for which the application has been made. Please note that the College is unable to consider an application further if the candidate declines to complete the Disclosure form.
