We’re looking for committed and reliable individuals to join our 2026 Apprentice Diesel Mechanic intake at Kenway & Clark. As an apprentice, you’ll gain invaluable skills in repairing and servicing agricultural machinery and construction equipment. You'll work on a variety of heavy vehicles, including top brands like Case IH and Case Construction, all while being guided by our team of experienced technicians and dedicated parts interpreters. You'll be working toward your Certificate III in Agricultural Mechanical Technology, applying your skills both in the workshop and out in the field. Ideal Candidates Will: Follow instructions effectively Be self-motivated with strong communication skills Show initiative and think ahead Maintain a neat and professional appearance Have a genuine interest in learning Be ready to work overtime when needed Preferably have completed or be in the process of completing Year 12 You’ll attend block training at the Case IH Agriculture training facility in Wagga Wagga approximately every 3 months, totaling around 3 blocks per year in the first three stages of the apprenticeship.
