Early Years Teacher - Join a Caring Community School in Caerphilly
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Teacher to join a welcoming school community in Caerphilly. Our school has a nurturing ethos, strong links with families, and a focus on helping every child reach their full potential.
The successful candidate will work within Early Years provision, including the nursery, supporting children's academic, social, and emotional development, and creating a stimulating learning environment.
The Role
* Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate Early Years lessons
* Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom
* Support children's social, emotional, and academic progress
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and families
* Contribute to the school's positive, community-focused ethos
The Successful Candidate Will Have
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Strong understanding of Early Years practice and child development
* A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Commitment to strong relationships with families and the wider community
