Ability to manage and prioritise a varying workload and a real focus on high quality of service, attention to detail and member care. Responsibilities: Become an expert in the history and facilities of the clubhouses, to conduct informative and entertaining individual and group tours of the clubhouse Administrate the entire lifecycle of a Full Member from initial membership enquiry to processing and responding to deceased notices, and everything in between. Issuing temporary membership cards to reciprocal guests, day passes to candidates on the waiting list and ensuring they adhere to Club rules and by-laws. Provide accurate and up-to-date letters of introduction, and reciprocal club information to our members To ensure the information held on the membership database is up-to-date and consistently accurate Manage all administrative processes associated with membership renewals, ensuring a smooth and timely transition into the new membership year for all members Assist with the preparation and results of the Elections Committee meetings, inclusive of Zoom meetings, and attending various meetings.
