Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a Part time Receptionist to join our team based at our Head Office in Carlisle. We are looking for two people to job share. This vacancy is for 22.5 hours a week working 12.30pm – 5pm Monday to Friday. Flexibility to cover holidays as and when needed would be advantageous.
Responsibilities
* Front-facing receptionist role; meet and greet visitors and answer the phone, directing calls as needed
* Carry out certain administrative tasks when required
Qualifications
* Confident in communication skills
* Well organised
* Ambassador for our Story values
* Ability to work independently and on their own initiative
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
