Transaction Manager Location: Bristol Salary: £30,000 basic | OTE £50,000 Job Type: Full-time, Permanent About the Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Transaction Manager to join the Sales Leadership Team. This is a key position within the dealership, offering the chance to make a real impact while working alongside an established and successful team. Key Responsibilities Work closely with senior leadership to drive consistent financial performance within the Sales department Support and guide Sales Executives in structuring high-quality, compliant deals Ensure strong customer qualification and accurate part-exchange appraisals Oversee finance conversations, ensuring they are clear, professional, and tailored to customer needs Maintain a disciplined and consistent sales process across the team Contribute to both volume and profitability targets while upholding excellent customer outcomes About You Previous experience as a Transaction Manager, Business Manager, or Sales Controller within a retail sales environment Proven track record of delivering strong and sustainable financial performance Commercially aware with a structured, organised approach Confident working within a regulated environment Strong leadership skills with a focus on professionalism and accountability Experience within a group or multi-brand automotive environment is advantageous but not essential Whats on Offer Competitive basic salary with realistic OTE of £50,000 Stable, well-structured working environment Clear expectations and strong leadership support Opportunity to join a high-performing and collaborative team Career progression within a respected automotive group
