CareCo Home Care is currently seeking an experienced caregiver for an ongoing case in Norwich, Connecticut. We are looking for a compassionate, dependable individual with experience supporting clients with dementia and assisting with transfers using a Hoyer lift.

Schedule:
Sunday, Thursday, and Saturday
Responsibilities may include:
* Assisting with daily routines and personal care
* Safe transfers using a Hoyer lift
* Dementia care and redirection support
* Meal preparation and feeding assistance as needed
* Mobility and positioning support
* Light housekeeping
* Providing companionship and emotional support
* Communicating updates with the CareCo team
Requirements:
* Experience with dementia care required
* Hoyer lift experience required
* Reliable, punctual, and compassionate
* Comfortable working independently in a client's home
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
* Ability to follow care plans and instructions
Preferred:
CNA certification or prior home care experience
