ABOUT THE ROLE
As Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for planning, executing, and finalising construction projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. You will oversee all aspects of structural packages and liaise closely with clients, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure exceptional delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage multiple construction projects from pre-construction through to completion
2. Coordinate internal resources and third-party suppliers/subcontractors
3. Ensure health & safety standards are implemented and maintained on site
4. Monitor project progress and provide detailed updates to senior management and clients
5. Prepare project reports, budgets, forecasts, and schedules
6. Manage risk and ensure all technical aspects are delivered to a high standard
7. Build strong client relationships, representing our client with professionalism and integrity
REQUIREMENTS
8. Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, particularly within structural works
9. Strong understanding of concrete, steelwork, blockwork/brickwork, and groundworks
10. Excellent knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and project management methodologies
11. Exceptional communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
12. Strong commercial awareness and budgeting capability
13. CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid qualifications (desirable)
14. Relevant degree or professional qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or similar
