Deputy Manager - Children's Residential Home
Location: Welford | Salary: £31,600 - £32,800 per annum PLUS additional sleep in payment.
Hours: 39 per weeks
Required: Full UK Driving License
We're looking for a passionate and experienced Deputy Manager to join our clients team supporting the Home Manager in delivering high-quality, therapeutic care for children and young people. You'll lead by example, mentor your team, and help create a safe, nurturing home environment.

What We're Looking For:
9. 3+ years' experience in a children's residential setting
10. NVQ Level 3 in children's residential workforce
11. Strong knowledge of Ofsted standards & safeguarding
12. Experience managing budgets and rotas
13. Willingness to work shifts and sleep-ins
14. Full UK driving licence
