is seeking a dedicated
Graduate 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant
to join their team in
September 2025. This is a full-time, long-term role, working closely with a pupil who requires tailored, one-to-one support throughout the school day.
The Role – Graduate 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant:
Provide
1:1 support
to a student with autism, ADHD, or speech and language needs.
Assist with learning, behaviour, and personal development under the guidance of teachers and therapists.
Implement individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour strategies.
Encourage independence, confidence, and social interaction.
Create a safe, structured, and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
What's on Offer:
Weekly pay up to
£650 .
Full-time, term-time only
(Monday–Friday).
Extensive training in SEN strategies, behaviour management, and communication support.
Valuable experience for graduates aiming to progress into
Educational Psychology, SEN Teaching, or Speech & Language Therapy .
Ideal Candidate – Graduate 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant:
A
recent graduate
(Psychology, Education, or related subject preferred).
Excellent communication skills with patience and empathy.
Resilient, adaptable, and motivated to work in an SEN school setting.
Previous SEN or child-related experience is desirable but not essential.
