Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor based in Lincolnshire with flexibility for some work from home. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost planning, cost reporting and overall cost control. Additionally, the role requires managing and overseeing cost management and ensuring projects are completed within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Qualifications
* Skills in Cost Planning, Cost Reporting, and Cost Control
* Proficiency in overall Cost Management practices
* Strong analytical and numerical skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid setting
* Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
* Professional membership with RICS or relevant body is a plus
* Experience in project management and consultancy within the construction industry is beneficial
