* Configuration review for high availability and multinode deployment
* Best practice guidance for reload config refresh behaviour
* Analysis of configuration change impacts across clustered nodes
* Integration support with upstream and downstream SIP platforms
* Customer specific routing proxying and operational runbook review

Specific Requirements
* In addition PJSIP support must cover
* SIP stack behaviour and interoperability analysis
* SIPREC-related integration support where PJSIP is part of the voice transcription chain
* Media session establishment troubleshooting where relevant to the supported component
* Troubleshooting signalling session stability and protocol level behaviour
* Upgrade and dependency compatibility guidance
* Defect analysis support in customer integrations using PJSIP libraries services
* Tuning and operational guidance relevant to the PJSIP based transcription connector
