Head of Sales – Remote (UK-based)

NM Group is a leading provider of geospatial and remote sensing solutions for electricity utilities worldwide. Our technology enables transmission and distribution (T&D) network operators to enhance safety, reliability, and performance.
We’re looking for a commercially driven Head of Sales to lead our business development efforts, with a strong focus on managing and growing relationships with existing clients, particularly in the USA, UK, and Canada.
What you'll do
* Lead and coach a small sales team (4 direct reports)
* Manage key client relationships and drive account growth
* Identify and convert new business opportunities
* Own the sales pipeline and reporting, hitting defined targets
* Collaborate across teams to shape proposals and commercial strategy
What we’re looking for
* Experience in B2B sales — specifically in services for utilities, infrastructure, or engineering
* Strong account management and relationship-building skills
* Confident team leader with a hands-on approach
* CRM experience (Zoho preferred, but others welcome)
* Willingness to occasionally travel to the USA, Canada, and within the UK
