Lean Manufacturing Specialist (one-year contract) Reporting to: Operational Excellence (OE) Manufacturing Director Primary purpose summary Plays a key role proactively supporting the deployment of OE Manufacturing strategy through all Aptar segments and Sites and working by projects. Promotes and leads Lean Manufacturing improvement initiatives in the manufacturing area, providing guidelines, training contents as well as direct hands-on support on Site. Strives for manufacturing processes standardization and implementation of Best Practices with the support of the Business Process Management Community (BPC, BPE) and in cooperation with all OE/CI stakeholders. Key responsibilities Leading and supporting the deployment of OE Manufacturing Global Programs and initiatives, with particular focus on performance improvement, TPM, SMED. Supporting the implementation of lean manufacturing methods and tools, promoting best practices sharing between Sites Delivering training materials and sessions about OE Manufacturing approach, methods and tools Networking with BPC/BPE community and local OE/CI Managers, Coordinators and stakeholders Required Qualifications Industrial Engineering degree Knowledge of Lean manufacturing approach and methods Project management skills Change management skills Organized and analytical working structure Team working Communication skills, at all levels of the organization Knowledge about data management tools (Excel, PowerBI) Six Sigma Green Belt certification is a plus Experience Manufacturing, production execution and shop floor management Lean manufacturing approach and methods application Data analysis and management Training Other requirements Safety: Comply with general safety guidelines (prevention of risks, business trips, fire hazards, etc.) Travel: Frequent (approximately 50%) Language: Fluent English another language is a plus Certifications: Six Sigma Green Belt is a plus
