We are recruiting for a team member who has experience of working within a bar / entertainment environment. This role is perfect for someone who excels at communicating with others in a professional manner to ensure a high quality of customer service is provided to our guests; our vision is 'to make every day feel like a holiday'.
Role: Team Member
Location: Walterz Entertainment Centre
Hours: Part time permanent, minimum 5 hours per week (up to 25 hours per week)
Salary: £12.61 per hour
Shift pattern: Wednesday's 5pm – 10pm, Fridays and Saturdays 5pm – 11pm and Sundays 12pm – 6pm.
Role overview
* Serve customers efficiently and courteously, taking orders and delivering food promptly.
* Dispense and serve hot and cold drinks
* To maintain high standards of cleanliness and tidiness in the Hub areas at all times.
* Dealing with online bookings and assisting customers in the setting up of games in the Hub (Bowling, Darts, Pool, Karaoke etc.)
* Engage in upselling additional menu or games items to enhance customer satisfaction and maximise sales.

Requirements:
* Previous experience in a bar and food establishment is preferred (training will be provided)
* Able to produce right to work documentation (e.g. passport or birth certificate & NI document)
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with team members and guests effectively.
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
* Be aged 18 or over in order to sell alcohol
