As part of the Group Performance team, you are uniquely placed to connect the dots and build a story across the business. The Group Performance team partners the Group Finance Leadership Team, including Group CFO, and other business leaders, to provide relevant analysis and insight to drive understanding and decision making. You will have the opportunity to lead reporting cycles, with outputs going to both the Executive Committee and Plc Board, as well as lead on broader Group wide commercial insight. Lead the Group management accounts reporting processes across the Tesco Group (including UK, ROI, Central Europe, Booker Wholesale, and Tesco Bank) Collaborate with commercial and market teams to understand financial and commercial performance drivers and generate Group-wide performance insight Deliver Group-wide insight projects and scenario evaluations to enhance business understanding and support strategic decision-making Analyse key commercial drivers including sales, profit, cash flow, capital allocations, and Alternative Performance Measures (APMs) such as net debt and EPS Deliver presentations and insights to senior finance leadership to inform and influence strategic direction Collaborate to develop and improve reporting tools and processes to achieve best-in-class FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) reporting standards Accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) Naturally curious, with a strong desire to develop business understanding and challenge assumptions Excellent presentation skills, able to communicate complex information clearly to senior stakeholders Highly motivated and organised, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships across multiple teams High attention to detail, with advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) within a large, listed organisation is desirable LI-ED1 LI-Hybrid
