Salary: £20,800 per annum (part-time, 28 hours / 4 days per week). Location: Hybrid / Remote.
Join our team and help us champion equality, diversity and inclusion across the housing sector. Housing Diversity Network (HDN) is a not-for-profit organisation based in Bradford, working nationally to promote leadership, good governance, and staff development across the social housing sector.
We are looking for a Data & Systems Support Officer to play a key role in keeping our programmes, membership services, and digital platforms running smoothly. You will help manage our data and CRM systems, support our website and online tools, and provide efficient administrative support to our team and members.
This role would suit someone who is highly organised, tech-savvy, and enjoys improving systems and processes. You will need great attention to detail, confidence working with data and digital platforms, and an interest in equality, diversity and inclusion.
Responsibilities
* Manage data and CRM systems; support data integrity and reporting.
* Support the organisation’s website, online tools, and digital platforms.
* Provide efficient administrative support to the team and members.

* Tech-savvy with experience working with data and digital platforms.
* Interest in equality, diversity and inclusion.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a small team in a hybrid/remote environment.
