About The Role
You’ll be at the heart of our quality and training function—supporting inspectors, auditing performance, and ensuring our service consistently exceeds customer expectations. Your feedback and insights will directly influence training needs, operational improvements, and overall customer satisfaction.
As a people-focused leader, you will drive engagement, manage day-to-day team performance, and ensure we meet both internal and customer-agreed SLAs.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading, coaching, and developing your team, ensuring strong performance, engagement, and a positive working environment.
* Managing all people aspects, including resource planning, performance management, absence, investigations, and disciplinaries.
* Conducting weekly audits of all inspectors to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to standards.
* Providing efficient, clear, and accurate audit reports, highlighting trends and development areas.
* Reviewing third-party audits and presenting findings professionally to internal teams and customers.
* Understanding contract standards and applying them effectively across all inspection activity.
* Ensuring daily throughput targets are met, with proactive management of any overdue vehicles in the refurbishment process.
* Responding to customer requests for additional information, such as further images, to support correct work authorisation.
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring their experience is both professional and enjoyable.
