Area Sales Engineer
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 basic salary + £15k-£20k OTE, company car or allowance, 25 days + statutory holidays, generous pension contribution, health care options, and a wide range of employee benefits.
The Role
The Area Sales Engineer will cover the Wales & Bristol region, selling a market‑leading array of formwork & falsework solutions on a hire and sales basis into main contractors & civil engineering businesses working on high‑rise construction & infrastructure projects in the region. The successful candidate will inherit a region with significant growth potential and strong existing coverage.
The role includes a strong back‑office support function, including a world‑class design team, highly motivated and knowledgeable sales team, and regional office support on patch.

Qualifications
* Field sales background within the construction engineering sector
* Track record with new business and account management
* Experience selling or hiring technical, design‑led construction solutions
* Full & clean driving licence
* Proficient at selling directly to end users
