£16.01 per hour with an end of year bonus

What You’ll Be Doing
o Operating machinery and equipment on the production line
o Assembling vehicle components with accuracy and care
o Carrying out quality checks to ensure every product meets high standards
o Working as part of a supportive, energetic team
o Keeping your work area safe, clean, and efficient
Shift Pattern (Recurring 2‑Week Rota)
o Week 1: Monday–Friday, 06:00–14:00
o Week 2: Monday–Thursday, 14:00–00:00
This rotating schedule gives you long weekends every other week perfect for recharging or making the most of your free time.
What You Need To Be Successful
o A positive, can‑do attitude
o Reliability and good attention to detail
o Ability to work in a fast‑moving production environment
o Previous manufacturing or production experience is helpful but not essential as full training provided
