Role Description
We are seeking a Sales Negotiator for a full-time, on-site position based in Croydon. The role involves liaising with clients to arrange property viewings, negotiating offers, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will work closely with potential buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants to ensure successful transactions. Responsibilities also include maintaining market knowledge, preparing property listings, and meeting sales and lettings targets while fostering strong client relationships.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Estate Agency with knowledge of sales and lettings processes
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and provide tailored support
* Experience in Sales with a proven ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
* Understanding of the local property market in Croydon is a plus
* Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills
