Job Duties
This position is assigned to court operational responsibilities, i.e. ensures Court's instructions are executed and legal papers prepared with accuracy, timeliness, and in accordance with appropriate policies and procedures. Duties will include general office responsibilities including data entry, scanning, processing court documents, filing, answering phones, customer service, and record maintenance.
This position is for one 8-hour day a week with no benefits.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
The successful candidate will perform data entry utilizing the Courts' Case Management System, scan documents in the Courts' Case Imaging System, maintain records and accurate filing, process legal documents as required, and assume additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Individual must be detailed-oriented, organized, highly accurate, use discretion and integrity while working with highly sensitive and confidential matters, have proven punctuality, reliable attendance, and teamwork at prior positions, and be able to manage competing priorities. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
In addition to the minimum qualifications listed above, business courses and experience working in a clerical setting, receipting experience, and verbal/written communication skills a plus.
