Overview
Join the 2026 Corporate Analyst Development Program – Full-Time Analyst Program in Bournemouth with JPMorgan Chase. You will collaborate with industry experts to improve processes, identify opportunities and drive results for key initiatives that support our global businesses. You will have the opportunity to make meaningful contributions while developing your professional expertise in a dynamic team environment.
Responsibilities
* Start with hands-on training, then participate in three eight-month rotations across lines of business and corporate functions. Roles are sourced across different lines of business and functional groups, typically in the EMEA region; most analysts are in Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB) with others in Asset & Wealth Management, Commercial Bank or Corporate Functions.
* Lead or participate in projects/features that involve data analysis driven by business needs; identify connections between opportunities/challenges and data; compile and present analysis to stakeholders concisely (Analytics rotation).
* Engage in various phases of a project lifecycle; coordinate resources, track and address issues, and document potential solutions (Project Management rotation).
* Lead a critical process improvement initiative, including data collection, analysis, hypothesis testing, opportunity sizing, and developing change materials for improvements (Process Improvement rotation).
* Identify future roles upon successful completion of the program as you build your career at JPMorgan Chase.
Qualifications
* Expected graduation from December 2025 to July 2026
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in changing environments
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong team player who is proactive, responsive, and can thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
* Aptitude to digest large amounts of information and develop innovative solutions with strong attention to detail
* Interest in participating in a rotational program across all lines of business
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
* Enthusiasm for financial services
* Demonstrated leadership in a school or community organization
* Willingness to work in the location you are applying to
