The Role: Care Assistant care staff visit clients and provide support in their own homes. They assist with personal care, meal preparation, medication requirements, and other interesting tasks.
What we do differently:
* We provide cars for all our carers, with fuel costs covered.
* We offer contracts to our care staff, guaranteeing their hours.
* Standard working patterns- 0700-1400 or 1400-2200.
Benefits:
* Competitive pay with a base rate of £14.50 per hour on weekdays, with enhancements for unsociable hours.
* DBS check covered (subject to T&Cs).
* £500 referral bonus for each friend you refer, who joins our team (subject to T&Cs).
* 1 full day of paid induction training to achieve Care Certificate Level, provided by our qualified trainers.
* Career development opportunities, including support for NVQ Level 2 and Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
