We are recruiting a Digital Publishing & Community Coordinator on a 12-month fixed-term basis within Kent's global corporate communications team.
About the Job: You will manage all of Kent's external online channels, including social media platforms and the website. Your focus will be on implementing our publishing strategy, growing our online community, and enhancing our brand visibility and reputation. This is a global role reporting to Kent's Global External Communications Director.
Skills and Responsibilities:
1. Publish and proofread content across social media channels and website daily.
2. Manage and engage with our online community following community guidelines.
3. Update and create content for Kent's website.
4. Collaborate with the external communications team to execute content plans.
5. Track audience data and generate reports.
6. Align community management with business and communication goals.
7. Review community guidelines quarterly.
8. Report on social media trends and industry updates.
9. Conduct market research to support strategy.
10. Create company Spotify playlists for events or themes.
11. Assist in developing content plans and content creation.
12. Manage project files and tools like SharePoint and MS Planner.
13. Work proactively and independently, collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
14. Interpret research and incorporate findings into work.
15. Support the growth of Kent's online presence with knowledge of social media tools like Falcon.io or Brandwatch.
Additional ad-hoc tasks may be assigned as needed, within your skills and role scope.

Minimum Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in media, communications, marketing, or similar.
* Proficiency in MS Office.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
* Fluency in at least one additional language such as Arabic, Hindi, Russian, Kazakh, Spanish, or Dutch is a bonus.
Core Competencies:
* Strong communication, research, organizational, and time management skills.
* Ability to collaborate effectively and demonstrate confidence in communication at all levels.
* Understanding of social media platforms and online communications.
* Knowledge of PR and media fields is advantageous.
