The role is hands-on and practical, suited to someone who enjoys being out on site and understanding how work is being delivered. The focus of the role is construction assurance rather than design or supervision. You will observe, verify and report on whether the contractor is delivering works in line with agreed plans, risk assessments and safety requirements, acting as an independent and credible presence on site.
