Role Responsibilities:
* Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable reporting
* Build and maintain dashboards and reports to support key business metrics
* Enhance and optimise existing reporting solutions to improve usability and performance
* Investigate data issues, identify root causes, and communicate findings clearly
* Support the development of data products and contribute to improving data quality and consistency
* Produce clear documentation to support reporting and development processes
* Collaborate with wider data and technology teams to deliver effective data solutions
* Identify opportunities to improve reporting, insight, and overall data capability
About You:
* Experience in a data, reporting, or analytics-focused role
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present data clearly
* Experience with BI tools, ideally within the Microsoft ecosystem
* Comfortable working with data sets and transforming data into meaningful insights
* Strong communication skills, able to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
* Eager to learn and develop within a data-driven environment
