Responsibilities
* Work within a class base every morning to support a core group of learners in making expected or better than expected progress.
* Provide planned lesson cover in the afternoons, delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
* Support teachers with assessment and feedback to improve learner progress.
* Deliver targeted interventions, including reading and phonics, to support students making less than expected progress.
* Lead small group support sessions to close attainment gaps.
* Support learners with SEND and additional needs to access learning effectively.
* Monitor, record, and report on learner progress and attainment.
* Contribute to a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment, promoting strong behaviour and wellbeing.
