Role: Digital Content & Storytelling Specialist
This role involves producing high-quality content that communicates our work and impact across digital platforms, bridging data science and communication to showcase our data and products effectively.
Responsibilities:
* Create engaging content translating complex data into accessible narratives.
* Develop blog posts, articles, whitepapers, reports, and case studies with experts.
* Enhance industry leadership through thought-leadership content.
* Write compelling copy for social media, newsletters, and campaigns.
* Create visual assets using tools like Canva.
Content Distribution & Strategy:
* Plan and publish content across channels like websites, blogs, LinkedIn, Bluesky, and emails.
* Collaborate with marketing to identify content opportunities.
* Optimize content for engagement and perform A/B testing.
* Monitor and report on content performance.
Brand & Message Consistency:
* Maintain consistent voice, tone, and visuals.
* Ensure content accuracy and relevance.
Collaboration & Internal Communication:
* Work with data science and marketing teams to develop stories.
* Align content with campaign goals.
* Contribute to content planning and strategy.
Audience Engagement & Growth:
* Refine content based on trends and audience behaviour.
* Test new formats like videos and interactive graphics.
SEO & Accessibility:
* Apply SEO best practices.
* Ensure accessibility standards are met.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Experience in content creation, storytelling, or digital marketing.
* Strong writing skills and ability to simplify complex topics.
* Understanding of data and its industry applications.
* Experience managing social media and SEO.
* Design and video editing skills are a plus.
* Proficiency with tools like Canva, HubSpot, CMS, and data visualization tools.
