Salary: £24,000 - 24,000 per year Requirements:
* At least four GCSEs at grade 5/C or above, including English and Maths
* At least 2 A Levels or an equivalent level 3 qualification, ideally in IT
* Passion for learning and a customer-focused approach
* Experience in customer-facing roles
* Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities:
* Develop strong foundations in cyber security through hands-on activities
* Triaging cyber issues and supporting risk scanning and reporting
* Helping to resolve incidents and maintaining security systems
* Completing a Cyber Security apprenticeship or relevant professional qualifications
* Rotating through various Cyber Security teams for hands-on experience
* Building knowledge of cyber security as it integrates with wider Group IT
* Participating in mentoring and shadowing opportunities to enhance skills
