We are seeking a dedicated and experienced manager to join our team in the hospitality industry. Duties
* Oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
* Ensuring quality and consistency in all dishes served.
* Provide leadership and support to all staff.
* Train new employees.
* Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies to maintain stock.
* Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally, ensuring satisfaction with service.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a management role within restaurant environment.
* Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
* Background in culinary arts or related field is preferred; experience in bartending is a plus.
* Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in food preparation and presentation.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with team members and customers.
