Vivienne Westwood is looking for an experienced and motivating Store Manager to lead our Nottingham boutique on a full‑time basis. In this role, you’ll help drive the store’s success, support and develop a great team, and ensure our customers enjoy a standout luxury experience that reflects the spirit of our brand.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Store keyholder – opening and closing the store
2. Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports regarding store performance
3. Cashing up the till and other banking duties
4. Providing excellent customer service
5. Being point of contact for any staff of customer issues
6. Resolving customer complaints in a timely manner
7. Processing product deliveries and movements on RetailPro
8. Participating in annual stock takes as well as carrying out line checks throughout the year
9. Processing mail orders, stock transfers, stock deliveries
10. Merchandising the shop floor
11. Supervising and motivating staff
12. Coaching and training staff
13. Supporting Store Manager in daily operations as well as any ad hoc duties
14. Addressing staff performance issues with company policies and procedures.
15. Execute disciplinary actions when necessary.
16. Event management – Marketing and Promotions
17. Maintain high standards of visual merchandising
18. Brand representation
19. Policy and Procedure Compliance
