We are searching for a Deployment Engineer who will deliver safe, repeatable, and scalable remediation through an automation-first approach. This role focuses on transforming real-world IT support and change activities into structured, reliable automation within a SaaS platform.
This opportunity is ideally suited to someone with a strong IT support background who is looking to move into a more engineering-led role. You will apply your troubleshooting expertise to build systems that resolve issues at scale, rather than handling one-off fixes, improving both operational efficiency and user experience.
Responsibilities
* Design and implement automation solutions that convert manual support and remediation tasks into repeatable workflows
* Develop and maintain scripts in PowerShell and/or Python to support automation and platform functionality
* Build and enhance application capabilities to support software and package deployment across environments
* Support and optimise patch management processes through automation and continuous improvement
* Troubleshoot complex enterprise IT issues and identify opportunities for automation-driven resolution
* Work with Microsoft Intune to manage device configuration, software deployment, and endpoint policies
* Integrate systems and tools using APIs to enable seamless automation across platforms
* Collaborate with internal teams to improve operational processes, ensuring consistency, scalability, and reliability
* Administer SaaS platforms, ensuring performance, security, and effective day-to-day operation
* Leverage AI-assisted tools to enhance automation, streamline troubleshooting, and improve delivery efficiency
