Monitoring & Evaluation Officer - Empower 2 Transform Project
The main purpose of the role is to ensure that the Empower 2 Transform Project has effective monitoring & evaluation strategies in place, by developing and implementing systems across the project partnership, to ensure that relevant data and information are collated and shared with the funder.
POST TITLE - Empower 2 Transform Monitoring & Evaluation Officer.
RESPONSIBLE TO - Empower to Transform Project Coordinator
JOB PURPOSE - Ensure that the Empower 2 Transform Project has effective monitoring and evaluation strategies in place, by developing and implementing systems across the project partnership.
SALARY - £29,025 gross per annum (£17,415 pro rata) plus annual incremental rises, 5% Employer Pension Contribution and Benenden Health Care
HOURS - 21 hrs per week. The post will include occasional evenings and weekends.
CONTRACT - Until December 2027, subject to a 6-month probationary review
LOCATION - Hybrid option (office space available) with regular travel across Northern Ireland and Border Counties in the Republic of Ireland.

Empower 2 Transform is a new and exciting programme which will be delivered by some of our region’s leading Youth providers including YMCA Ireland, Youth Link NI, Youth Initiatives and Mencap NI.
Funded by PEACEPLUS through the Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB), we endeavour to Empower young people to take Transformative steps in developing their confidence, skills and potential, form positive relationships with others of different backgrounds, and positively contribute to building a cohesive society.
The project is partnering with organisations, routed in local communities in Northern Ireland and the border counties all of whom have an extensive and rich history in the delivery of programmes which make a positive difference in the lives of young people, their families and their communities.
We are currently building a team of people from right across the region who are ready to use their skills, their experience and their passion to Empower Young People to Transform offering a 3yr-9mth contract, subject to 6-month probationary review.
