About the Role
In this vital role, you will support pupils with a range of physical disabilities and medical needs, ensuring their safety, dignity, and full access to learning opportunities. Your duties will include:
* Providing personal care, including toileting, feeding, and hygiene assistance
* Using hoists and other mobility equipment safely and effectively
* Supporting pupils with safe moving and handling practices throughout the school day
* Working closely with teachers, therapists, and families to meet individual care and education plans
Essential Requirements
* Experience in a similar care or educational support role
* Up-to-date training in personal care, hoist use, and moving & handling
* A respectful, patient, and proactive attitude
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
