Responsibilities
* Lead all phases of the M&A lifecycle, from due diligence through post‑merger integration
* Define integration strategies, success metrics, and alignment to the Target Operating Model
* Identify synergies, risks, and operational challenges, and develop mitigation strategies
* Lead cross‑functional teams and ensure clear decision‑making pathways
* Develop and oversee integration timelines, milestones, and governance structures
* Produce board‑ready reports, dashboards, and updates for Steering Groups
* Drive change management and communication strategies to support integration
* Ensure knowledge transfer, documentation, and operational readiness for day 1 and beyond
* Provide hands‑on delivery support where required to unblock progress
Qualifications
* Proven experience leading M&A integrations or major transformation programmes
* Strong project and portfolio management capability
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
* Experience in regulated or healthcare environments desirable
* Strategic thinking with a strong delivery focus
* Ability to challenge constructively and guide teams effectively
* Excellent communication and influencing skills, including at ELT/SLT level
* Familiarity with OKRs, governance frameworks, and structured delivery methodologies
