The Role
We are looking for a part-time Accounts & Admin Executive to assist with day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks. This is a freelance/contract role to begin with, with potential to expand as the business grows.
Responsibilities
* Support basic accounting and bookkeeping (invoices, receipts, reconciliations)
* Prepare and maintain simple financial records for review by our accountants
* Manage contracts, purchase orders, and compliance paperwork
* Assist with payroll preparation and expense tracking
* Support admin tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and document organisation
* Liaise with suppliers and clients for payments and invoice follow-up
* Provide ad hoc support to senior management when required
Requirements
* Background in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance (AAT, ACCA part-qualified, or equivalent desirable but not essential)
* Strong administrative and organisational skills
* Comfortable working with accounting software (Xero/QuickBooks/Excel/Google Sheets)
* High attention to detail and ability to work independently
* Strong communication skills in English (written & spoken)
* Based in a UK/EU time zone
