The purpose of the roles are to support on a variety of tasks within different services and manage a variety of reception duties. As Locala is a growing organisation, this could be the perfect opportunity for someone looking to develop in their career. The role requires flexibility and ability to travel as you will be expected to cover at a variety of bases in Kirklees. This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual. You will have excellent organisational skills and ensure that all operational and administrative processes and quality improvement initiatives are undertaken efficiently, effectively and to a high standard. The successful candidates will ideally have previous reception/admin experience, but this is not essential as training will be provided. You will have well developed communication skills to liaise with patients, clinicians at all levels and managers within Locala. Time management skills are essential as you will need to balance the demands of a very busy workload.
